Lest we forget: Remembrance Day 2023
As Remembrance Day fell on Saturday this year, members of the local community were invited to lay their tributes at the Councillor Brian Edwards MBE memorial sculpture at Codsall Community Hub.
South Staffordshire Council leader Councillor Roger Lees and chairman Councillor Meg Barrow each laid a wreath on behalf of the authority to remember the service and sacrifice of all those that have defended our democratic freedoms and protected our way of life.
