Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014.

Perton Parish Council supports the principles of openness and transparency. In accordance with the 2014 regulations and standing orders 3L, it allows filming, recording and taking photographs at it’s meetings that are open to the public.

Local Government Transparency  Code 2015.

Perton Parish Council meets the definition of a local authority covered by the requirements of the code, defined as a ‘Parish Council which has gross annual income or expenditure (whichever is higher) exceeding £200,000.

The code requires the local authority to publish the following information quarterly, annually or as a one-off publication’

Expenditure exceeding £500 – Perton Parish Council publishes this information quarterly shown below

Transactions on a Procurement Card, credit card, charge card –  Perton Parish Council publishes this information quarterly shown below

Parking Account & Parking Spaces – Perton Parish Council are not responsible for any parking.

Trade Union facility time – Perton Parish Council have no staff members who are union representatives.

Social Housing Asset Value – Perton parish Council do not hold any social housing stock.

Waste Contracts – Perton Parish Council is not the authority responsible for waste disposal.
