| Now that garden waste collections have concluded for the year we will be providing a weekly grey bin collection until Friday, 9th January, 2026.
Green bin collections will restart on Monday, 12th January, 2026.
Please ensure that all bins are out by 7am, with lids closed on your collection day. Please remember that vapes and batteries are not to be disposed of in your household bins.

Christmas Recycling Tips
Christmas is a time for celebration, but it also creates a lot of extra waste. Let’s keep it green this festive season!
Recycle what you can:
- Packaging & Gifts: Empty bottles of wine, tins of biscuits, chocolate boxes, and mince pie cases can all go in your recycling.
- Foil trays and kitchen foil just need a wipe before recycling, scrunch the foil into a ball to make it easier to be sorted.
- Cards & Wrapping: Most Christmas cards and non-foil wrapping paper are recyclable in your blue bag. Avoid glitter, foil wrapping and sellotape, they can’t be recycled.
Not sure about a specific item? If in doubt, visit recyclenow.com and enter your post code to find your nearest recycling point
