F57/19 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies were received from P Davis and R Heseltine.

F58/19 DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY AND OTHER INTERESTS
No Declarations of Personal and Prejudicial Interest were received for items relating to the agenda.

F59/19 REQUESTS FOR DISPENSATION
No requests for dispensations received.

F60/19 MINUTES OF THE MEETING
That the minutes of the meeting held on 3rd December 2019, having previously been distributed, were agreed as a true and accurate record and signed by the Chairman.

F61/19 ACCOUNTS PAID
The Clerk presented a list of payments made up to 31st December 2019 and explained payments made to Western Sawmill and Bradsports. Resolved to consider quotes for photography at the time of the next Full Council photograph session.

F62/19 INCOME RECEIVED
The schedule of income received to 31st December 2019 was reviewed and accepted for information.

F63/19 BUDGET TO DATE
The budget to date was reviewed and information noted. Resolved to make the following virements;
£1194.66 from Contingency to Elections.
£2,000 from Contingency to MUGA/Playground/Outdoor Activities.

F64/19 RECONCILIATIONS
The Clerk presented the HSBC bank statement number 82 dated 27th December 2019 together with outstanding items of income and expenditure for reconciliation to the cashbook. Also presented for scrutiny the Co-op bank, Petty Cash records and the CCLA Public Sector Deposit Fund. Resolved that all reconciliations were correct along with the Petty Cash balance and were signed-off by the Chairman, Committee Member and Clerk.
