F69/19 MINUTES OF THE MEETING
That the minutes of the meeting held on 7th January 2020, having previously been distributed, were agreed as a true and accurate record and signed by the Chairman.
F70/19 ACCOUNTS PAID
The Clerk presented a list of payments made up to 31st January 2020 and explained payments made to ESPO and Beaulah.
F71/19 INCOME RECEIVED
The schedule of income received to 31st January 2020 was reviewed and accepted for information and noted that Harlequin Pantomime payment is still outstanding.
F72/19 BUDGET TO DATE
The budget to date was reviewed and information noted. Resolved to look at alternatives for water suppliers.
F73/19 RECONCILIATIONS
The Clerk presented the HSBC bank statement number 84 dated 27th January 2020 together with outstanding items of income and expenditure for reconciliation to the cashbook. Also presented for scrutiny the Co-op bank, Petty Cash records and the CCLA Public Sector Deposit Fund. Resolved that all reconciliations were correct along with the Petty Cash balance and were signed-off by the Chairman, Committee Member and Clerk.
