124/20 – APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
No apologies received.

125/20 – BUDGET FOR 2021/22
It has been incredibly hard to set the budget this year with the current COVID 19 restrictions in place. It is unknown when the centre will be able to re-open and activities to restart.
The previously distributed outline budget shows the anticipated cash balance carried forward from 2020/21 with projected income and expenditure for 2021/22
Councillors discussed the outline budget and headings line by line and RESOLVED that a total budget of £335,150.00 be set for 2021/22

126/20 – PARISH PRECEPT 2021/22
Following agreement on the budget, it was resolved to request a precept of £210,000 for 2021/22.

The agreed Precept requirement is a decrease of 0.11% with the annual charge reduced by 0.06p per annum based on a ‘Band D’ property.

Crime & Disorder Implications Section 17 of the Crime & Disorder Act 1998
Where relevant any decisions made at the Parish Council meeting have taken this duty of care into consideration.
