New online reporting form for missed bin collections

We know how important it is that your bins are collected on time, and we hope you never need to use this service, but if you do experience a missed collection, reporting it is now easier than ever.

You can now report a missed bin, bag or caddy online through our new reporting form, with no need to create a My Account. You can also report missed collections through the My South Staffs app, available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. 

The normal reporting timescales still apply. Missed collections must be reported by the end of the day following your scheduled collection day. However, the new online service gives you until midnight to submit your report, rather than needing to contact us before Customer Services close at 5pm. 

Before reporting a missed bin, please read the guidance on our website to make sure your collection meets the reporting criteria and to avoid unnecessary requests.
