Wombourne Enterprise Park re-developmentThe re-development of Wombourne Enterprise Park took a step closer when the council exchanged contracts with Quantum Construction Ltd this month to undertake construction of new retail and industrial units at the Enterprise Park. The scheme, which will see retailer Lidl taking a large retail unit, is planned for completion in early 2023. An additional 10,000 sq ft of retail space will also be created as part of the development and discussions are ongoing with prospective occupiers. Two of our existing tenants will relocate and take occupation in the re-developed part of the Enterprise Park when construction of three new industrial units is completed in Summer 2022. Phase one of the development will commence in January 2022, with demolition of existing buildings and creation of the new industrial units.
