Crime & Disorder Implications
Section 17 of the Crime & Disorder Act 1998, places a duty on a local authority to consider crime and disorder implications and to exercise its various functions with due regard to the likely effect of the exercise of those functions and to do all that it reasonably can to prevent crime and disorder in its area. Where relevant any decisions made at the Parish Council meeting have taken this duty of care into consideration

173/21 – APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies received and noted from Councillors R Bradley, Mrs L Dew, Mrs R Heseltine, C Rathbone and
Cllr J Sherlock.
174/21 – ASSET REGISTER
The asset register was reviewed and resolved to approve with the following considerations:
- confirm who owns the poles for the Speed Indicator Device.
- confirm if the gates between the Church and Centre are covered on the Church asset register.
175/21 – RISK MANAGEMENT REGISTER
Resolved to approve the Risk management register.
