|No Declarations of Personal and Prejudicial were received.|
|Resolved that the minutes of the allotment meeting held on 31st July 2019 having previously been distributed, were signed by the Chairman as a true and correct record.|
|A15/19||DRAFT TENANCY AGREEMENTS|
|A draft allotment tenancy was discussed and amended where necessary.
Clerk to contact BT regarding responsibility for cutting the perimeter hedge where there are cables.
The Chairman has agreed try and obtain an estimate for the costs involved in setting out the allotment site.
Clerk to confirm planning requirements for sheds/greenhouses/poly tunnels and also if the Parish council has to apply for planning permission for the allotment site.
Clerk to email the cost breakdown for Parish Council and builder provided by Land Fund.
It was suggested that presentations could be given to the plot holders from reputable speakers.

The Clerk informed the meeting that there was currently 57 on the waiting list. Letters/emails sent to 13 of these requesting confirmation that they wish to remain on the list.
